“Non conosco un’occupazione migliore del mangiare, cioè, del mangiare veramente. L’appetito è per lo stomaco quello che l’amore è per il cuore. Lo stomaco è il direttore che dirige la grande orchestra delle nostre passioni”.
“I do not know a better occupation than eating, I mean, truly eating. The appetite is for the stomach what love is for the heart. The stomach is the maestro who directs the great orchestra of our passions “.
Gioacchino Antonio Rossini

The tour starts from the P.le Santa Croce parking and then enters the Parco Ducale: there we’ll listen a musician from the conservatory playing a classic, while drinking a glass of local wine.
The tour goes on through the city streets and boulevards, there will be brief visits in a musicians’ historical house.
We will stop in a famous local osteria for a Salume appetizer with a glass of bubbles and for a short visit to their winery, a breathtaking tour through the typical must smell, the old tools for making wine and a lot of ancient bottles.
The tour continues to the Giuseppe Verdi bridge, from the “Lungoparma” to the lunch Restaurant.
After the lunch we will finally arriving through Piazza Garibaldi and the streets of the center: the tour ends with a dessert accompanied by a great liqueur.
